Yes it works, but the one I used was MP via steamworks crack. steam_api.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.I tried using RadminVPN (similar to Hamachi) but I found the steamworks connection to be more stable. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support.
